Shipping/Delivery Information

·        The shipping method selected is the method used to ship your order

·        All custom parts and consoles are made to order. This will delay the dispatch of the whole order.

·        Orders are dispatched and shipped on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays

·        It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their address details are correct.

·        We only ship to the registered PayPal address and cannot send any order to any other address other than that attached to the PayPal transaction and the account which is used to pay.

·        Any attempt to alter the delivery address after an order has been placed will result in the order being canceled.

·        To effect a change of address, you must re-order.

·        Only tracked options are available.

·        No responsibility will be taken by Jellybelly Customs for loss or damage of an order once it has been posted.

·        International orders have typically taken between 7 and 30 days from the date of despatch to arrive at their destination.

·        You will always be advised to contact your local postal service provider first in the event of a delayed parcel.

·        No guarantees are made by Jellybelly Customs about delivery timeframes.

·        No refunds will be issued for postage costs in the event that a package is delayed or returned due to none collection from the local postal handler. All orders are issued a              tracking link and number it is your responsibility to keep track of the item and collect it if necessary from you local postage handler.  

·       If you would like to have your parcel resent after it has been returned to us for any reason this must be covered by the customer or a refund will be issued for the item only
